Delivery Terms

We are able to offer a wide range of delivery solutions for international projects ranging from Ex works to DDU delivery terms.

Road, Sea and Air

All modes of transport are available to ensure us to deliver to all corners of the globe. By offering these solutions we are able to find a balance between speed and cost to meet your projects requirements.

Customs Clearance and Paperwork

During the quotation stage we research the destination of the furniture to ensure certification and documentation will meet the required standards to achieve customs clearance.

All products are made to meet UK contract furniture standards. Foam and fabric (when provided by Nova) flammability certificates are always supplied. We must be notified if any other standards need to be adhered. All paperwork such as certificate of origin, packing lists and invoices are provided as standard.

Warehousing and Installation

Often large hotel projects require significant amounts of furniture which is transported in 40ft containers. Due to the scale of the delivery it is not always possible for the client to accept all the furniture in one bit due to access and storage limitations. Therefore, we are able to deliver into a warehouse near the destination where the furniture can be stored. We the run a pick and pack service to deliver the furniture when it is required, in smaller, more manageable vehicles.

Once the furniture is onsite we are able to provide an installation service for loose items. This will be co-ordinated with your project manager and layout plan.
